When purposefulness is in volved with movement something special happens, you find that what you do matters, ask yourself what will bring value to your life and then start moving, all movement matters, even a movement that brings an undesired outcome still acts as a gift because you just learned what not to do, back in to movement and make it right!!!!!!!
