"To tired", As we deal with the stress of our days our emotional resilience starts to wain, after a long stressful day I will be more susceptible to thoughts of shame, regret, remorse concerning that day and more susceptible to the fear, anxiety and unease associated with things in my life of tomorrow. Be mindful of when allowing the mind to pick up things that can cause emotional direst.
