It's going to be a good week, I'm actively going to focus on engaging in behaviors that bring value to my life, and work to dismiss the things that take away from that value. I may get angry but i will work to find the underlying cause and address it in a constructive way. Trying to stay mindful that some behaviors can act as liabilities, and other behaviors, like kindness, and compassion have the opposite effect and help to grow the things in our lives of value, our true assets.
